Description

Software or web applications that allow users to send out email messages to a large group of people, and track receipt and response.  HTML design allows graphics and formatting within the message.

Uses and Potential Benefits

Allows an organization to track whether its email messages are being read and acted upon.  Also allows organizations to email out eye catching newsletters within the body of an email message.  Example: a grantee might set up a bulk email program to send out its latest report to a list of interested parties.
